Lady Gaga is changing the face of pop music— and she may have spent thousands to change her own face too. Judging from these photos, "it appears she has undergone a rhinoplasty," plastic surgeon Dr. Richard Chaffoo tells Life & Style. "The after picture shows a more sculpted and refined nose, with more definition to the tip."

Although Lady Gaga's rep denies that the singer has had any plastic surgery, Dr. Chaffoo also says Gaga may have had a chin implant, lip injections and a cheek augmentation. "Her face appears somewhat wider along her cheekbones," he says. These procedures could have cost the chameleonic star between $12,000 and $15,000.
