Bristol Palin, 21, claims she'd only get plastic surgery if she "got disfigured" and her jaw surgery was for "medical reasons."

Even so, plastic surgeon Dr. Richard Chaffoo says it looks like she got some "liposuction of the neck," which is purely a cosmetic prodecure.
